No restrictions on air travel of governors, CMs in and around Delhi, says MHA

The Union House Ministry on Saturday stated no restrictions have been imposed on journey of governors and chief ministers to Delhi or its close by areas of their state plane throughout the ongoing G20 Summit however these travelling in personal chartered flights require prior approval.

The House Ministry’s assertion got here after Chief Ministers of Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan Bhupesh Baghel and Ashok Gehlot respectively alleged that their journey plans had been disrupted as a result of “restrictions” imposed on air journey in and round Delhi.

In a information report, Chief Minister (of) Chhattisgarh has expressed his lack of ability to take part in G20 Dinner at Leaders’ Summit at Delhi on 9 Sept 2023 as a consequence of air restrictions in and round Delhi.
